Office Hours The school office is open to parents on Thursday, August 27, 2026. Office hours are adjusted in August and will be open 9:00am - 1:00pm. Assigned Teachers Teachers will be contacting their students and families no later than the end of the day on Friday, August 28, 2026. This communication will let your child know who their teacher is and where to meet on the first day of school. First Day of School The new school year begins on Monday, August 31, 2026, with students expected to arrive by 8:44am. A soft entry period starts at 8:36am, and dismissal is at 3:20pm for grades 1-6, and an early dismissal of 12:30pm for kindergarten children. Reminders The school will provide the necessary school supplies needed for learning. Students can come prepared to school with a backpack, indoor shoes to remain at school, and healthy meals, including a lunch and snack. |

Yellow School Bus Transportation
Our yellow school bus routes are designed over the summer using the addresses submitted before June's pre-registration deadline. Get ready for some exciting journeys!

School Supplies
Students supplies are provided, for a fee, by the school for students in kindergarten through Grade 6. Please pay this fee on-line through your MyCBE account. Families are to provide indoor shoes, backpacks, lunch, and snacks. You may also choose to send your child with a water bottle.

Learning Technologies & Student Wi-Fi
Digital technologies are transforming how we teach our students. We utilize a range of technology tools to personalize each student’s learning experience, including getting connected to Wi-Fi for seamless access to educational resources.
Off-Site Activities
Keep updated on field-trips and other exciting off-site activities throughout the year. We're excited to expand on learning opportunities by stepping outside of the classroom.
Additional Information
Brown Bag Lunch
Thanks to “Brown Bagging It for Calgary Kids”, students can receive a healthy lunch if they need it. Parents must request this service. Please talk to the office staff if your child will require a Brown Bag lunch. This service is not to be used because a student forgets his or her lunch.
Breakfast
We are a member of a government funded School Nutrition Program. This program provides generous funds to operate a free breakfast program. There is no cost for this drop-in program. Parents of Kindergarten students please call the office for special instructions.
